- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Method
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Brown beef with onion and drain fat. To beef, add soup, pepper, sugar, salt and water and mix.
- Stir in noodles.
- Stir in cheese.
- Put in lightly greased casserole.
