Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 box brown and wild rice, cooked according to directions
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or grated

Method

  • Mix ingredients together and heat in microwave for about 5 minutes or regular oven at 350° for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are hot and steaming.
  • Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole or 13 x 9-inch dish.
  • Serve with a little soy sauce.
  • A favorite dish for us.
