Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 box brown and wild rice, cooked according to directions
- 1 (16 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped or grated
Method
- Mix ingredients together and heat in microwave for about 5 minutes or regular oven at 350° for about 20 minutes, until vegetables are hot and steaming.
- Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole or 13 x 9-inch dish.
- Serve with a little soy sauce.
- A favorite dish for us.
