Ingredients
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 stick melted butter
- water chestnuts to taste
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Mix vegetables, celery, onion, Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. Place in a casserole dish.
- Top with crushed crackers.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Serves 8.
