Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All Mixed Vegetables (30 Ounce Can)
  • 1 can Big Size White Corn Plus 1 Small Can (20 To 25 Ounces Total)
  • 1 can (5 Oz. Size) Water Chestnuts, Chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package Sleeve Of Crackers
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted

Method

  • Mix vegetables, corn and water chestnuts together along with the chopped celery and onion. Add salt and pepper into the mayonnaise and then add the cheese. Mix into your mixed vegetables. Next, crush the crackers and mix with the butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
  • Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
  • I sometimes use half mayonnaise and half salad dressing because we are a salad dressing family.
