Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chopped onions (optional)
- 1 c. Colby cheese, grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix together all but the last two ingredients.
- Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Top casserole with the corn flakes mixed with the melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
