- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped chives or 1/2 cup scallion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder or 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Store in refrigerator in a glass jar with lid.
