- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. spaghetti or linguine
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- basil
- garlic powder
- bay leaves
- oregano
- sugar
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Spaghetti Sauce:
- Chop the red and green peppers and onion into a saucepan.
- Saute slowly.
- Add tomato paste, 2 cans of water and tomato sauce.
- Stir together and simmer for approximately 6 to 10 minutes.
- Season to taste with basil, garlic powder, oregano and bay leaves.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar; simmer for 5 minutes.
