Ingredients
- 6 c. cooked potatoes
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- grated Cheddar cheese (to taste)
Method
- Grease a casserole dish and add cut up potatoes.
- Mix mayonnaise, margarine, sour cream, chives and crumbled bacon over potatoes.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese (to taste).
- Bake at 350° until cheese melts and potatoes are hot through.
