Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. milk
- chopped parsley (optional)
Method
- Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
- Cook onion in butter until tender.
- Blend in flour and seasoning with butter and onion.
- Add milk to bouillon and gradually add to flour mixture.
- Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Add crab meat; heat.
- Garnish with parsley sprinkled over top if desired.
- Serves 6.
