Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Beat sugar and cheese together in mixer, add vanilla and eggs, beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a deep 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
  • Remove from oven, cool for 20 minutes.
  • Spoon the following mixture over the top:
  • 2 cups sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Mix well together and pour over cake.
  • Bake another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Cool.
  • Then refrigerate.
