Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat sugar and cheese together in mixer, add vanilla and eggs, beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a deep 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
- Remove from oven, cool for 20 minutes.
- Spoon the following mixture over the top:
- 2 cups sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Mix well together and pour over cake.
- Bake another 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Cool.
- Then refrigerate.
