Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. hot broth
Method
- Combine dry ingredients with milk and 2 of the 6 eggs.
- Add onion and turn into greased large pan or skillet (mixture is crumbly).
- Bake at 450° until done, not brown.
- Remove from pan; crumble into another big pan; add remaining 4 eggs and not broth. Season to taste with approximately 3 teaspoons sage and 2 teaspoons celery seed.
- Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
