- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- chicken breast, pork or shrimp, chipped
- 1 medium cabbage
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large Spanish onion
- salt and pepper
- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- egg roll wrappers
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Method
- Mix sherry, cornstarch
- and soy sauce.
- Pour over meat. Marinate 30 to 45 minutes.
- Shred cabbage, carrots, celery and onion.
- Salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
