Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add salt and pepper.
- Place cabbage in buttered dish. Top with ground beef mixture and spoon soup over top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
