Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 cans (7 ounce. each) tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. liquid removed Dole Pineapple chunks (No. 2 or possibly 1 pound 4 ounce. can)
  • 1 c. sliced celery

Method

  • Combine mayonnaise, curry pwdr and minced onion and let stand to blend the flavors.
  • Meanwhile break tuna into bite size chunks and combine with the liquid removed pineapple and celery.
  • Toss with mayonnaise and serve in lettuce c.. Makes 4 to 6 luncheon servings.
