Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
Method
- Steam flowerets over boiling water for 10 minutes; arrange in serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Melt butter and stir in parsley, salt, basil and garlic.
- Pour herb butter over all. Serves 6.
