Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and chunked
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour into 1 1/2-quart microwavable serving dish.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 minutes.
  • Stir casserole and continue heating on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
