Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups hermsdof sweet corn
  • 3 fresh fresh cilantro stems
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons madcity dale's seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups red potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup milk

Method

  • Melt butter in bottom of sauce pan, ADD everything except broth, potatoes and milk, cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Stirrng occasionaly, ADD potatoes and broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Discard the cilantro leaves before serving.
  • Garnish with a 2" slice of corn on cob.
