Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can tuna in water
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 potato, baked or possibly boiled
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Drain tuna fish well.
- In medium bowl, break tuna up with fork.
- Add in potato and mash well together.
- Add in onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Add in egg.
- Mix well.
- With hands, form into patties and coat with flour.
- Brown in medium warm skillet in small amount of oil, on both sides.
- Makes 5 patties.
