Ingredients
- 500 grams?! Chicken wing drumettes
- 1/2 Daikon radish
- 1 add (to taste) Garlic
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
Method
- Cut the daikon and then simmer in a pot until they soften.
- In a deep frying pan, add in the oil and grated garlic (tubed).
- Once it's aromatic, add in the chicken drumettes and stir fry until they start to brown.
- Next, add in the softened daikon and the ingredients and simmer.
- Once it's started to cook down a bit, add the miso and continue cooking down until the sauce is almost gone.
- Once it's browned and shiny, it's done.
