Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook sausage and drain well.
- Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley; mix well.
- Spread in pie shell.
- Beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Slowly pour over the sausage mix.
- Bake 35-40 min.
