  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
  • 3 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Method
