Ingredients
- 1 medium jar apricot preserves
- 1 medium jar Thousand Island dressing
- 3 pkg. instant onion soup (each making 1 cup, total of 3)
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Prepare 3 cups instant soup per instructions on packet.
- In baking dish, pour preserves and Thousand Island dressing.
- Pour hot onion soup over mixture and stir.
- When combined thoroughly, place chicken breasts in baking dish, spooning liquid over them evenly.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Check chicken for doneness. Serve with yellow rice and crescent rolls.
