Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 C chopped onion
- 32 oz can tomatoes
- 2 -16 oz cans Pinto beans
- 1-2 C water
- 16 oz jar Picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp ground cumin
- Fritos, small chip size
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown beef and onion. Drain well. Puree tomatoes. Add to pot along with beans, water, picante sauce & cumin. Simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls & top with slightly crumbled corn chips, and
- cheese.
