Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 4 Swiss dark chocolate nougat bars (3.52 oz. each), chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
Method
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Add boiling water to coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl; stir until dissolved.
- Add chopped chocolate and butter.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in cranberries.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
