Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
  • 4 Swiss dark chocolate nougat bars (3.52 oz. each), chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries

Method

  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  • Add boiling water to coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl; stir until dissolved.
  • Add chopped chocolate and butter.
  • Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min.
  • or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Stir in cranberries.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
