Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs, divided
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil; stir until crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup and press remaining mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and remaining egg until fluffy.
- Spread over cake.
- Sprinkle with remaining cake mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
