Ingredients

  • 1/2 pounds, 2-58 ounces, weight Torri Di Pisa Or Similar Pasta
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 10 pieces Little Red Tomatoes, Cut In Half
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 10 pieces Seedless Black Olives
  • 5-13 ounces, weight Rocket, Cleaned And Washed
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Method

  • 1.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • Drain immediately, set aside.
  • 2.
  • In a large skillet heat the oil, add garlic, little tomatoes cut in half, chili pepper flakes and olives.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.
  • Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the rocket and saute for a few minutes.
  • 4.
  • Add cooked pasta to skillet and combine it with the other ingredients.
  • Cook over high heat for few minutes to combine all the flavours.
  • 5.
  • Serve immediately with some olive oil, if desired.
