Ingredients
- 1 lb of lump crabmeat (you can get it from your local market)
- 1 pack of old bay crabcake seasoning
- 1 row of crackers of your choice I used Keebler Club Original Crackers or you can use Panko Bread crumbs
- 1 Mayo of your choice
- 1 Olive oil of your choice
Method
- Add your ingredients enough mayo to make it wet and stick to your crackers
- add light amount of olive oil
- Brown on both sides....
- Game Over!!!
- Now you can either eat with sides of your choice i.e French Fries ...make it into sandwich form with potato bread, lettuce, tomatoes or topping of your choice.
