Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add sugar, cocoa, syrup and milk.
- Mix well. Let come to a boil, then cook for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Set in a pan of cold water.
- Add vanilla; beat until you can lift by teaspoon onto a greased platter.
