Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 125g KRAFT* Brie
- 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
Method
- Place sugar and water in a small saucepan.
- Stir the water to dissolve the sugar and bring to the boil.
- Continue to simmer until toffee caramelises.
- Place Brie onto a cheese platter.
- Pour toffee over Brie and allow to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Serve with water crackers.
