Method
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread coconut out in a even layer on a baking sheet, place in oven and bake about 15 minutrs, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes for even toasting.
- Watch close as it can burn fast near the end of the time.
- Set aside to vool, then store at room temperature.
- Use to garnish and decorate cakes, pies, ice cream.
- Sprinkle on yogurt, puddings or fresh fruit.
- Add to cookie, brownie or muffin batter before baking!
