  • 2 cup shredded sweetened oconut

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Spread coconut out in a even layer on a baking sheet, place in oven and bake about 15 minutrs, stirring every 3 to 4 minutes for even toasting.
  • Watch close as it can burn fast near the end of the time.
  • Set aside to vool, then store at room temperature.
  • Use to garnish and decorate cakes, pies, ice cream.
  • Sprinkle on yogurt, puddings or fresh fruit.
  • Add to cookie, brownie or muffin batter before baking!
