Ingredients

  • 4 EGGS
  • 2 cups SUGAR
  • 4 cups HALF AND HALF
  • 2 CANS EVAPORATED MILK
  • 1/4 teaspoon SALT
  • 2 teaspoons VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1/2 teaspoon LEMON EXTRACT (OPTIONAL FOR A LEMON TANG. WE LIKE IT WITH OR WITHOUT

Method

  • MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL WITH A MIXER. MIX 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL NICE AND CREAMY
  • TAKE MIXTURE AND POUR IT INTO THE MIXER BOWL AND START MIXER ON LOW. IF YOU USE A REGULAR ICE CREAM MAKER, MIX IT TILL UNIT BOGES DOWN AND STOPS. GENERALLY ABOUT 30 TO 45 MINUTES.
