Ingredients
- 1 cup of soft butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 16 ounces fettuccine
- 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 cup romano cheese, grated
- 12 cup whipping cream
- pepper and chopped parsley
Method
- Combine soft butter and minced garlic.
- Put into large saucepan and set aside.
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and pour into soft butter and minced garlic.
- Toss well to combine.
- Off stove, add cheeses and toss again.
- Return to very low heat, add cream, and stir constantly until very hot.
- Pour into serving plates and sprinkle with cracked pepper, additional cheese to taste, and chopped parsley.
- Serve at once.
