Ingredients

  • 2 Usuage (aburaage)
  • 200 grams Cabbage
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

  • Cut the usuage in half and pour hot water to drain the excess oil.
  • Open to create pockets.
  • Chop the cabbage into large pieces, place in a bowl, and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Divide the mixture from Step 2 into 4 portions, pack them into the usuage pockets, and secure with a toothpick.
  • Pan-fry without oil, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • When they are golden brown, cover with a lid, and steam-fry for several minutes.
