Ingredients

  • 2 lb. coarse lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 3 small cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cans water
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Method

  • Saute onions in small amount of oil in heavy pan until transparent.
  • Add meat and cook until brown, approximately 5 minutes).
  • Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
