- 2 lb. coarse lean ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 heaping Tbsp. chili powder
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 small cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans water
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Method
- Saute onions in small amount of oil in heavy pan until transparent.
- Add meat and cook until brown, approximately 5 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
