Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 lb. bacon
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp and remove from grease.
- Add onion to grease and cook until tender.
- Add bacon (crumbled) back to grease and onion mixture.
- Bring to high heat and pour over raw ground beef; mix together.
- Cook rice, drain and add to ground beef mixture.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
