Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 8 chicken breasts
Method
- Melt 1 stick butter in 3-quart casserole dish.
- Mix the 3 soups with a soup can and a half of water in casserole.
- Add rice to mixture.
- Top with chicken breasts.
- Cut other stick of butter on top.
- Bake at 250° for 3 hours or 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
