Ingredients
- half a small mango, peeled and chopped
- 160 ml (5 1/4 oz) pink grapefruit juice
- 60 ml (2 oz) coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons caster (superfine) sugar
- 3 large ice cubes
Method
1. Place the mango, grapefruit juice, coconut milk, sugar and ice in a heavyduty blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a medium glass.
