Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb. top round steak (1 inch thick)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Method
- Partially freeze steak; slice diagonally across grain into 1/4 inch strips.
- Place steak in shallow container.
- Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
- Cover and chill 1 hour.
