Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp * Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp * Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp * Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp * Mirin
- 1 clove * Garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
Method
- Pierce the chicken breast several times with a fork, and slice on the diagonal into bite size pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the garlic and crush it.
- Put the ingredients marked * (plain yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, mirin, garlic) in a plastic freezer bag.
- Add the chicken and massage over the bag to help the flavors penetrate.
- The remaining yogurt will be used to make a sauce.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the chicken.
- Start at high heat to brown the meat, then lower to continue cooking it through.
- When both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, it's done!
- I made a sauce with the remaining yogurt.
