Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp * Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp * Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp * Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp * Mirin
  • 1 clove * Garlic
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Method

  • Pierce the chicken breast several times with a fork, and slice on the diagonal into bite size pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Peel the garlic and crush it.
  • Put the ingredients marked * (plain yogurt, mayonnaise, soy sauce, mirin, garlic) in a plastic freezer bag.
  • Add the chicken and massage over the bag to help the flavors penetrate.
  • The remaining yogurt will be used to make a sauce.
  • Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan, and pan fry the chicken.
  • Start at high heat to brown the meat, then lower to continue cooking it through.
  • When both sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, it's done!
  • I made a sauce with the remaining yogurt.
