Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 lb. or more chicken wings
Method
- Separate wings at joint.
- Discard tips.
- Mix sauce ingredients together in a Dutch oven.
- Add chicken wing parts and cook over low heat for 40 minutes or until tender.
- Baste occasionally, then place wings in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
