Ingredients
- 1 large round French or Italian bread
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cans (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams (reserve 1/4 cup liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. beer
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
- raw vegetables for dipping
Method
- Cut off top of bread; set aside.
