Ingredients
- 12 Oz. Cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Cup Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup Fuji Apple, diced (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix until coated. I recommend poached chicken for this recipe (as grilled chicken can dry out). Or, if you're short on time, you can buy precooked chicken strips warm them and dice them up.
