Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
- 4 to 5 pork chops
- salt as desired
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 jar mild or hot Old El Paso taco sauce
Method
- Put meat in a Dutch oven.
- Cover with water.
- Cook meat until tender.
- When done, pour off remaining broth.
- Remove fat and gristle from meat.
- Tear meat apart.
- Add taco seasoning and taco sauce.
- Pour enough of the broth back into meat to desired consistency.
- Reheat meat.
