Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon butter or stick margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup uncooked couscous
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Method
- Bring water, butter, and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan, and gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork, and stir in mint.
