Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • onion
  • taco sauce
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 pkg. quick rise yeast
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning as directed on seasoning package.
  • Set aside.
  • Prepare dough and place in a deep dish pan.
  • Place in hot oven at 400° until light brown, then place meat mixture and cheese on top of crust.
  • Repeat until mixture is gone, then bake until cheese melts, then top with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, taco sauce and sour cream.
  • Serve warm.
