Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Sift flour and soda together.
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add well beaten eggs and combine with flour mixture. Add persimmon pulp and nuts.
- Line pans with greased waxed paper (2 loaf pans).
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
