Ingredients
- 3/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine ingredients, shaking to mix well.
- Salad oil may be used but olive oil (the more the better) adds a good flavor. Refrigerate in a tightly covered jar.
- Makes one quart.
