Ingredients
- 9 green peppers
- 9 red peppers
- 12 small white onions
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. dark cider vinegar
Method
- Grind peppers and onions.
- Cover with water and boil 15 minutes.
- Drain.
- Then cover with sugar, salt and vinegar.
- Boil 15 minutes.
- Pour into scalded jars.
- Seal.
- Makes about 6 pints.
