Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- food color (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350° for 30 minutes.
- Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar.
- Slowly add sugar and vanilla.
- When stiff, fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Put all cookies in oven at the same time.
- Close the door and turn off the oven.
- Leave cookies in oven 8 hours or overnight.
