Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente and keep hot
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
- 1/2 lb. Canadian bacon, cut in narrow strips
- 3 green onions, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
- 4 eggs, fried until yolk is hard and cut in strips
- 8 oz. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
- Cook Canadian bacon until hot; drain.
- Toss hot spaghetti with enough hot bacon grease to keep spaghetti from sticking.
- Toss in bacon, eggs and onions, half cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with remaining cheese on the side and French bread.
- Serves 6 to 8.
