Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente and keep hot
  • 1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 lb. Canadian bacon, cut in narrow strips
  • 3 green onions, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
  • 4 eggs, fried until yolk is hard and cut in strips
  • 8 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
  • Cook Canadian bacon until hot; drain.
  • Toss hot spaghetti with enough hot bacon grease to keep spaghetti from sticking.
  • Toss in bacon, eggs and onions, half cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with remaining cheese on the side and French bread.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
